ri tu ade terjumpe magazine ni .. ckp petua kurus...

u should drink lots of water.


after read that article, baru la come to sense "patut la me tak naik berat badan... " walaupon makan banyak...

i used to drink lotsss of plain water. sejak 5 years ago.

it started when i sleep, tetibe tekak rase kering... sampai taleh tido balik.
esok nye same gak... end up, i bought mineral water 500ml.

malam bile terjage je sebab tekak kering terus minum.
kalau takde air kt tepi mmg taleh tido..

blimey!, lots of mineral water ( stocks ) in my room. walau pon semak mate memandang, tp sbb kan taleh tido, i need them!... 1 mineral water sehari ... pffftt .. ( ade tak org keracunan air?)

so camne ni? i want to gain weight, but i cant sleep when there is no mineral water!

so camne ni camne?.........................

mmg betul. tapi ni common tip orang bagi. air penting utk detoxic.. so secara tak langsung boleh mengawal berat badan. mengawal tu betul, menguruskan tu, tidak kot.

nak kurus or nak gemuk, kite tetap kene minum air kosong banyak2. :)
